A call / chat session will be scheduled via Skype / Whatsapp / Phone / Google Duo / Google Meet or another communication medium for this part of the process.
DETERMINE YOUR REQUIREMENTS
The objectives, scope, services, features and functionality would be determined at the very beginning to avoid any kind of misunderstanding during the development session. Also website domain & hosting requirements if any, would be determined.

PROPOSAL PREPARED
Timeline, Pricing and other important details will be determined & a formal proposal will be sent to the respective client for the work to be done.
A 50% Deposit must be paid for design work to commence!

Phase 2: Design
DETERMINE THE VISUAL PRESENCE
Client would indicate if possible, their design preferences through example site links, mockups, templates, images or hand drawings etc.

MOCKUPS / HOMEPAGE SAMPLE HTML PRESENTED
The client will be given 2 sample HomePage HTML Links of the proposed design to choose from. Any one of them should be approved by the client, so that the development process can be initiated.
During design phase, client will prepare and present all assets (content, images, etc) possible.

Phase 3: Development & Mobile Responsive
SETUP DOMAIN & HOSTING/STAGING SITE
If client does not have domain and/or web hosting, this will be set up. If a staging site is necessary this will be set up as well.

DEVELOPING WEBSITE IN MY DEMO SERVER
During the development phase, the Website will be built according to chosen design in my personal server. All the updates will be provided by the “Demo Server Link”. Once the full Payment will be made, the website will be LIVE under client’s Hosting account.

Phase 4: Website Launch
WEBSITE TUTORIAL / WALKTHROUGH
The client will be given a proper tutorial / walk-through of the website via a video recording / Screen sharing / via a Skype session.

FINAL PAYMENT & WEBSITE MIGRATION
Client need to pay the final 50% of the project cost. Once received the remaining payment the staging website will be migrated from the DEMO SERVER to client’s LIVE SERVER.
